• Door is manual and quite heavy
• Threshold is narrow, and the internal space is small — not a huge cubicle
• Handrail is on the right-hand side and would benefit from being lowered
• Entry can be tricky: an uneven raised platform on the right-hand side may hinder entrance
• A carpet at the doorway hides a small step that’s easy to overlook — watch your front castors here
