Accessible & Disability Friendly Places
Cronulla is the only Sydney beach you can reach by train, and it boasts one of the best accessible beachfront strolls in Sydney, with views right out to sea.
At South Cronulla, the friendly surf life savers can help you into a bookable beach wheelchair, and the surf club has an accessible toilet, change room and shower. Purpose-built seating, sun loungers and outdoor showers make it a swimmer’s paradise, with cafes beside the club and the Cronulla RSL’s deck bar overlooking the surf.
For a longer stroll, follow the paved path from North Cronulla to Shelly Beach, where you will find a fenced playground, accessible toilets, ramp access into the rock pool and the Nun’s Pool Cafe.
