Bondi and Brontë are all about the beach, and if you've got a mobility impairment, it’s useful to know that Bondi is one of Sydney’s better-equipped beaches. Although getting onto the sand is much harder at Bronte, it's still a lovely place for a picnic and the views.

The most mobility-friendly part of Bondi Beach is the northern end, where the beach matting is laid out. But there are several ramped entry points along the famous promenade.

Bondi is linked to Brontë by a coastal walk (it’s full of steps). So if you want to relax and enjoy the view from the accessible BBQ areas at Bronte, after some time on Bondi Beach,  you'll need to take the car or a bus.

WheelEasy’s listings help you plan the day, with the area’s cafés, restaurants, parks, accessible parking and toilets.
